What counts as one saved project?

One project is a saved workspace. It can include your Building design, Interior Design room, Containers layout, active flowchart, and particle selection. The 5- or 25-project limit is shared across your account, not a separate allowance for each studio.

Can I use the editor without an account?

Yes. You can explore the studios and work with local project files without signing in. Create a free account to save up to 5 projects online. Unsaved work may be lost when you refresh or close the page, so save your project or download a JSON backup first.

What happens when I reach my limit?

You can still open and update existing saved projects. To save another project or a new copy, delete a saved project you no longer need, or upgrade from Free to Plus. Download a backup before deleting work.

How does monthly billing work?

Plus costs $9.99 USD each month and renews automatically until you cancel. There is no trial or setup fee. You approve the subscription through PayPal, and the 25-project allowance becomes available after the payment is verified.

What happens if I cancel Plus?

Cancel through your project storage plan or PayPal. Renewal stops, and your verified paid access continues until the end of that billing period. Your limit then returns to 5. All saved projects are kept and remain accessible and editable, even if you have more than 5. You can add new projects again when you are below your limit or upgrade again.

Does Plus include better renders or paid AI?

No. Both plans use the same editor and available rendering tools. Plus increases your saved project count and adds DWG/DXF export from Building. CAD exports include 2D plan outlines or 3D triangulated surfaces, in meters or feet. Paid AI generation is not included.

Can I download my projects and continue later?

Yes. Both plans support project JSON downloads and imports. You can keep a local backup and import it later to continue editing. Online saves are limited to 4 MB per project on either plan.
